At Numbskull, we stand by the quality of our gear, but if your equipment isn't hitting the mark, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
